RFS Commercial began as New Jersey State contract authorized dealer in 1995 specializing in commercial flooring for K-12 Schools, Higher Education, Municipalities, State Government agencies and Corporate Entities. The nature of these installations required the removal or replacement of existing furniture. For the convenience of our customers, we added the ability to replace that furniture with new under a purchasing contract. As our installations resulted in new flooring and furniture, our customers requested window treatments to complete their new look. This same natural progression occurred as we became experts in concrete sub-floors. Our services migrated into exterior repair and restoration of sidewalks and steps.
The Co-Vid pandemic created new challenges for our customers to improve air quality which made the natural progression for RFS Commercial, Inc. to expand our services once more to include UVC Sterilization and now in addition, we are beginning to expand into Energy Efficient LED Lighting. RFS Commercial, Inc. continues to grow to match the needs of our customers. We service our customers from planning, design and specification, through the installation process. We are respected for being hands on, accountable and driven to satisfy our customers’ needs.

As an authorized NJ and NY State Contract vendor, RFS Commercial has the ability to make the process streamlined with a cooperative purchasing contract. We have a long-standing relationship with multiple manufacturers to fulfill a client’s needs with a quick turnaround time. Additionally, RFS Commercial offers many products and services on the ESCNJ, Sourcewell, and Omnia Partner cooperatives. RFS Commercial strives to make the purchasing process easy and complete a project in a timely manner with the best quality products in the industry. We continuously work and develop business with the manufacturers’ Directors of Education to understand and determine products that are of the highest quality and relevant. You can rely on RFS Commercial to offer the best products available on the buying contract of your choice.
